This home is now available. I shot this video for a potential client to show him how it works on WellcomeMat. I call this format a "Virtual Walk-Through". As you watch the video you get the feeling of what it would be like to be walking through the property. I like to include a few special effects to make the video more personal. In this video the security guard waving in the opening sets a friendly tone for the rest of the movie. The movie is a little on the long side but with the "jump to" features of WellcomeMat I think the longer movies work...especially for a large home like the one in this video. You can also hit the "pause" button and drag the pointer to any spot in the video.
