The lovely setting feels like a resort with picnic area and grills, golf putting greens, private boat launch, indoor pool with sauna and workout area, party room. There is boat storage although it is limited availability. Likewise, there are boat slips that occasionally are for rent or for sale. This unit has been updated and is in great condition; a garage stall is included - sorry, no boat slip. Laundry on each floor is handy.
