I want my videos to play at the highest quality. How can I decrease the size of my video files without losing quality?

For optimal image quality and playback, we recommend a size of 1280x720 (for videos with a 16:9 high definition aspect ratio) or 640x480 (for videos with a 4:3 standard definition aspect ratio). Although we accept most codecs, H.264 or MPEG-4 are preferred. The frame rate should remain at the same rate the video content was shot and should match the audio encoding rate.
